INGREDIENTS (Serves 4 – 6)

  • 12 cup Unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 14 cup Sugar
  • 12 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 14 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Ground cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 180 ml rum

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients except the rum until smooth.
  2. dd the rum and 2 cups boiling water, and stir.
  3. Serve in coffee mugs.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
