INGREDIENTS (Serves 4 – 6)
- 1⁄2 cup Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1⁄4 cup Sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ground cloves
- 1 pinch Salt
- 180 ml rum
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients except the rum until smooth.
- dd the rum and 2 cups boiling water, and stir.
- Serve in coffee mugs.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
